Our Story
Change Enablers Ltd is a boutique consulting firm specialising in Business Process Management focusing on Process Mining. Our mission is to empower organizations by optimizing their processes to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We work closely with CEOs, COOs, and senior managers to identify defects, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
The company has worked on process design, optimization and automation projects across various banks such as Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Change Enabler’s Founder & Managing Director, Dr Niyi Ogunbiyi, has over 20 years of experience harnessing the interplay between technology and processes to improve operational outcomes across the financial and public service sectors. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a PhD in Predictive process monitoring and is a key contributor and thought leader in the field.

Seamless Process Mining Platform Upgrade: We coordinated the transition to a new process mining platform, expertly managing data connection, extraction, transformation, and loading. Our team developed an object-centric data model, ensuring full utilization of the platform's advanced capabilities.

Predictive Monitoring for Regulatory Compliance: We developed a predictive process monitoring model for a critical regulatory process, enabling early detection of cases likely to experience delays and facilitating timely interventions.

IT Service Management Process Transparency: Prior to a ServiceNow platform migration, we delivered a comprehensive process mining project for key ITSM processes. This initiative provided clear insights into current process performance, establishing a baseline for future assessments.
